Anderson & Forrester has been supplying service professionals with the highest quality tools to make their job easier for over 75 years. We supply measuring instruments, tools to light the toughest pilot lights, three types of pin vises, pilot cleaning pumps and driving & crimping tools. We also provide Graphite Stop Cock Grease in a 2 oz. tube, for use with propane, butane and natural gases. This High Temperature Lubricant can be used in valves, stop cocks and fittings at temperatures up to 185º F.

Pressure & Temperature Measurement
	TL230	Oven Thermometer - Folding type for testing from 100° to 600° F. Made of stainless steel and mercury filled. Designed for testing oven temperature. Folds to 4-3/4" x 2" x 1/2"
	TL331	Manometer - For measuring pressure or vacuum. Scale allows readings from 0" to 14-1/4" water column. This sturdy manometer has black lettering for easy reading. Includes barbed hose fitting 3/16" hose to 1/8-27 NPT male pipe thread. HOW TO USE A MANOMETER 1) Fill tube with water until it levels off at zero on both sides. 2) Connect tubing to the line to be tested 3) Read the manometer either up or down and double the reading to obtain the pressure/vacuum.
	TL051	Serviceman's Friend - For use with flow meter and other applications. One end of fitting has 1/8" pipe thread, 1/4" pipe thread and special 5/16" x 32" thread. Opposite end has regular hose fitting, also 1/8" straight pipe thread. Hose can be used on either end. Can also be used to connect manometer to Whirlpool and several refrigerators gas supply for checking pressure.
Ignition Tools & Smoke Matches
	TL085	Gas Match - The new version of our Gas Match has a flexible 15" extender nozzle, a continuous piezo electric starter to keep it burning even in windy conditions and fully adjustable flame. It uses one AA battery which is included, but to comply with UPS and USPS regulations, it is shipped without butane.
	TL086	Shot-a-Lite Flint Match - Shot-a-Lite flint match is a flat, pistol shaped device that throws off a brilliant spark from a flint at each squeeze of the trigger. The flint adjusts automatically and standard flints may be used as replacements.
	TL087	Extendable Match Holder - It's back and we've improved it by adding a magnet to the clip end and by using a thicker, stronger shaft.
	TL088	Smoke match (12/Box) - Designed for testing flues, smoke alarms, chimneys and ducting. Each match produces 20 seconds of thick smoke.
Drilling & Reaming Tools & Accessories
	TL050	Burner Broach - For reaming and cleaning ports. Will fit either TL061 handpiece or TL072 pin vice. Tapers from 1/8" square. Tough and durable.
	TL068	Small Reamer 3/32" diameter - For reaming orifices. Tapered point allows fine adjustments of large or small burners. Short stubby construction insures long life. Double cutting edge
	TL069	Medium Reamer 1/8" diameter - For large orifices sizes. Double cutting edge.
	TL070	Large Reamer 5/32" diameter - Reams proper diameter hole to allow press fit for MI100 Adapter. Two fast cutting edges. Use TL061 Reamer Handpiece. Turn handle in one direction when reaming.
	TL071	Industrial Reamer 0.204 diameter - For large orifice sizes and holes to accomodate 1/4" or 5/16" tap. Recommended for use with TL061 Handpiece
	TL090	Micro Pin Vise - This pin vise is only slightly larger than a ball point pen (3/8" diameter) and is designed to hold drill bits ranging in size from #80 (.0135") to #52 (.0635"). It is supplied with 12 high speed steel drill bits, #52 through #74 in even number sizes only.
	TL061	Handle for Reamer & Broach - Fits Large Reamer TL070, TL071 Industrial Reamer, and TL050 Burner Broach.
	TL072	Pin VIse for Gauging Drills - For holding large and small gauging drills securely while reaming, prevents spinning. This tool is a must when using gauging drills.
	TL074	Safety Anvil - Orifice caps can be held in this anvil while reaming size for adaptors. This tool is used to install MI100 Adaptor.
	TL062	Crimping Tool for Large Plugs - For crimping MI100 Adaptor.
	TL063	Driving Tool - To drive MI100 adaptor.
	TL064	Crimping Tool for Smaller Plugs
Pilot Cleaning & Stop Cock Grease
	TL095	Pilot Cleaning Pump Kit - Useful for removing moisture, carbon and lint from orifices and for removing water from flooded lines. Supplied with 5" flex hose and 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" pilot tubing nuts.
	VA126	Graphite Stop Cock Grease - Propane and butane gases require the use of a stop cock grease insoluble in these gases. For use up to 185°F.

All of our valves are heavy duty, brass-body needle valves. They all have stainless steel, tapered stems that allow micro-control of air, liquid and gases that don’t affect brass for the ultimate in accuracy. All Anderson & Forrester valves handle up to 125 pounds of working pressure.
